Lovely mountain retreat with amazing spa facilities and excellent service. The location is perfect for hiking and biking, and the hotel offers a complimentary transfer from the train station. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, private balconies, and top-notch toiletries. The meals are exceptional with generous breakfast, mid-afternoon cake buffet, and superb five-course dinners. The hotel also offers guests a free travel pass on the local transport and cable cars.
The drinks are not included in the package, and they are quite expensive. , the hotel’s ambiance for dinner is quite formal, and guests are expected to dress up, which might not suit everyone's preference.

Our 4-night stay was amazing! We loved how this hotel offered clean rooms with balconies and great facilities such as a pool, sauna, and gym. The location of this hotel was perfect - in the mountains close to the Austrian border. We also appreciated the great breakfast and helpful staff.

This hotel had some great features. the breakfast buffet was impressively extensive, with fresh fruit and a variety of meats and cheeses. the outdoor pool was a big plus too, especially with the great view of the surrounding mountains. the hotel was also located in a convenient spot, close to shops and restaurants.
I had a few issues with this hotel. the room was quite small and seemed cramped, with not much space to move around.
